Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home (1331 Eastern Blvd N, Hagerstown, MD 21742). With more than 20 + years of experience, Virgilio loved creating and altering clothing - from designing suits using extra sewing material to making face masks, vests, and hemming his children's clothes with pride and care.
