She was predeceased by: her father Edgar Wolfes; and her husband Howard A. Small. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Murray (Randy), Kathy Fischer (Ken) and Laura Ray (Mike); and her granddaughters, Stephanie, Ashley Murray and Chantey Hutzell (Charles). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Washington County, 1710 Underpass Way, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
