He was predeceased by: his parents, William Emmett and Lillian Mae Kriner (Kretzer); his wife Mary Ann Kriner; his grandson Noah Wayne Kriner; and his siblings, Don Kriner, Warren Kriner, Kenny Kriner and Christine Bair.
He is survived by: his sons, Wayne E. "Ed" Kriner, Jr. (Tina Turner), William R. "Russ" Kriner (Kristine), W. Rodney "Rodge" Kriner (Paula) and Matthew A. "Matt" Kriner (Rebecca); his brothers, Dick Kriner, Dale Kriner and Jim Kriner; his grandchildren, Melanie, Kaitlyn, Kaelii, Regan, Cole, Jacob and Alexis; and his great grandchildren, Leo, Rylinn, MaKiyah, Nora, Caroline and Charlee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
