He was predeceased by: his parents, Genevieve Grace (Hayes) and Roy Edward Bowers; and his brothers, David "Porky" Bowers and Dennis Bowers. He is survived by: his sister Sue Blair (Ronald) of Hagerstown. He is also survived by Several Nieces and 1 Nephew.
