He was predeceased by: his parents, David Cook and Shirley Brake (Lewis); his brother Scott Cook; and his stepfather Barry Brake. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Ann Cook; his son Matthew Allen Cook; and his siblings, David Cook (Dena), Tina Sellers (David) and Sherry Witmer (Kevin). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Reform United Church of Christ (201 N Potomac St, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A burial will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (600 S Potomac St, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM.
