He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Elizabeth Neiser; his wife Constance "Connie" Lucille Neiser; and his son Clifford James Neiser (Melissa). He is survived by: his children, William Gary Neiser, Jr. (Heidi), Mary Elizabeth McPherson (Tom) and Michael Lynn Neiser (Kristen). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and his late wife's sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the The Salvation Army (525 George St, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.
