With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Patrick Mulligan Jr. (Hagerstown, Maryland), born in Olney, Maryland, who passed away on March 15, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Ruth Marshall Mulligan; and his siblings, Patricia Koontz and Rodney Mulligan. He is survived by: his father William P. Mulligan Sr. (Karin Mulligan); his wife Karin Mulligan; his daughters, Meghan Mulligan (Alan) and Katherine Vann (Trapper); his stepson David (Whitney); his sisters, Mandy Savage (Denny) and Nora Boden (Bobby); his brother-in-law Eddie Koontz; and his grandchildren, Alston, Jillian and Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
