He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Lynn and Jean Lynn of Halethorpe, Maryland.. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie; his children, Ann (Russell), Brian (Jennifer) and Joseph; his grandchildren, Alexis, Brandon, Christopher and Collin; and his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth (Libby), Susan (Sue), Bernadette (Bernie) and Monica. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
