He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lockard; his children, Russell Lockard, Lisa Wheeler (Ronald), Melissa Swanke (Matthew), April Young (Derek Parr), Denise Roshto (Aaron), Kayla Lockard, Anthony Lockard, Daniel Lockard, Zach, Mason, Savanna, Leah, Braiden, Alyssa, Bryce and Quincy; and his great grandchild Laci. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Howard's memory to the American Cancer Society.
