He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gunther and Pauline Gunther; and his brother David Gunther. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Gunther; his children, Mandy Gunther (Robin Hodson) and Kelly Curtis (Chris Curtis); his grandson Alexander Curtis; his sisters, Denise Fowler (Ron) and Mary Gunther (Mike Lulay); his nieces and nephews, Joey Dimeler, Jason Dimeler, Danielle Dimeler, Katie Bennett and Erin Guy; and his aunt Eva Ballard. He is also survived by other loving relatives and a host of friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne (2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd, Halethorpe, MD 21227). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
