He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; his great grandchild Tucker; and his brother Joseph Francis Mullen. He is survived by: his girlfriend Pam Briggs; his children, Margaret Porter (William), John M. Mullen, Jr. (Doreen) and Joseph Mullen (Michele); his grandchildren, Brandi Smith, Ryan Stevenson, Britney Hooper, Brianne Mullen, Michael Dixon and Sierra Schwartz; his great grandchildren, Marcus, Benjamin, Landyn, Greyson, Reese, Kiera, Jaxson, Dallas, Devin, Dominic, Little Ryan, Lachlan, Brody, Daquante, Little Mark, Dior, Tao and Levi; and his brother Wilbur Harry Mullen. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ambrose Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Lansdowne (2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd, Halethorpe, MD 21227). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
