He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Heather Jenkins, Jaime Cook, Amber Schafer, Morgan, Ryan Stark, Zachary Cavanaugh, Nathan, Abbi Koenigsmark and MacKenzie Jenkins. He is also survived by many loving relatives and wonderful friends.
