Newcomb; his children, Raymond A. Newcomb (Jennifer Newcomb), Winifred Ehlinger (Tim Ehlinger), Joan M. Abruzzo (Joe Abruzzo), Matthew W. Newcomb and Amanda E. Washington (Brent Washington); and his grandchildren, Brexon Washington, Lasia Washington, Ignatius Ehlinger, Marcellus Ehlinger, Lucy Abruzzo, Briel Washington, Broy Washington, Brunye Washington, Brazz Washington, Mary Rose Abruzzo, Abriella Washington and Anessa Washington.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ambrose Funeral Home and Cremation Services (1328 Sulphur Spring Rd, Halethorpe, MD 21227). A Mass will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine Church (5976 Old Washington Rd, Elkridge, MD 21075).
