He was predeceased by: his parents, Angeline Irwin and William Irwin; his wife Margaret "Peggy" Irwin; his daughter Jodi Whelan; and his brother James Irwin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Traci Kicinski and Kristi Hall (late Richard); his grandchildren, Allyson Kicinski, Rachel Altvater (Eric) and Erik Whelan; his great grandchild Lennox Altvater; and his brothers, Ronald Irwin (late Patricia) and Robert Irwin. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
