He is survived by: his wife Patricia Burns; his siblings, Lorraine Shipley (Frank), Gail Vergez (Norbert) and Susan Smith (Brian); his sister-in-law Cindy Parr; his stepchildren, Patrick Burns and Amanda Wysocki; and his grandchildren, Nathan Frank, McKenzie Primrose, Leif Burns and Jesse Wysocki.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The military honors will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 5:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Bill's memory to Tunnel to Towers or a charity of your choice.
