He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Rill and Martha Rill. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Abbott Rill; his stepdaughter Nicole Wilson; and his siblings, Vicky Rill (Diana Zabetakis), Dale Rill (Jane Swiney), Darren Rill (Cheryl Rill) and Jamey Rill (Jodi Rill).
