He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hoover and Elsie Hoover; his wife Donna; and his son Wayne. He is also survived by 3 children, 12 grandchildren, 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eline Funeral Home (934 S Main St, Hampstead, MD 21074). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
