She is survived by: her children, Hayes Frank Middleton (Catherine) and Cynthia Middleton Chamberlin (Gary, Sr.) of Manchester, MD; her grandchildren, Gary R. Chamberlin, Jr. (Kristin) and Sarah Middleton Applefeld (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Ethan Chamberlin (Hanna), Logan Chamberlin, Zachary Vey and Cayden Applefeld.
