She was predeceased by: her spouse C. J. "Buck" Marlow; her parents, Lester Billet and Anna Mary Billet (Emig); and her siblings, Elwood Billet (Woody), Lester Billet (Herb) and Norma Jean Rife (Jeanie).
She is survived by: her son Steve Marlow; her daughter-in-law Dianna of Hampstead; her daughter Cathy Clark of Dover, PA; her granddaughter Lauren Enge; her son-in-law Josh; her great grandchild C. J.; her sisters, Shirley Toomey of York, PA and Joyce Arbogast; and her brother-in-law Edward Arbogast of Dover, PA..
