She was predeceased by: her parents, Mario Michael and Violet Ferna D'Annunzio; her brothers, Nicholas Richard D'Annunzio and Virgil "Spud" D'Annunzio; her nephew Steven D'Annunzio; and her brother-in-law John Frederick Schmidt.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Charles Schmidt; her daughters, Christina Alana Schmidt Frizzell (Jon) and Diana Marie Schmidt Kowalski (Christopher); her grandchildren, Grace Elise Frizzell, Jon David Frizzell Jr., William Charles Frizzell, Annemarie Catherine Frizzell, Jude Lennon Kowalski and Benjamin Lucas Kowalski; her sisters-in-law, Laura, Susan Schmidt and Janet D'Annunzio; and her friends, Timothy Babylon and Linda Watson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great nieces.
