He was predeceased by: his parents, George Blizzard and Claudine Blizzard (Wagner); and his siblings, George "Edward" Blizzard, Russell Blizzard, Melvin Blizzard, Wilson Blizzard, Joan Harbaugh and Sylvia Larrimore.
He is survived by: his daughter Tina Fisher of Westminster; his grandchildren, Matthew Fisher and Megan Fisher; and his brothers, Gordon Blizzard, Roland Blizzard and Larry Blizzard. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and other family members.
