Garrett R. Luber Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Garrett R. Luber of Hampstead, Maryland. Garrett, born on October 8, 2004, passed away on August 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandmother Debra Byrd-Devou. He is survived by: his parents, Jamie Devou and David J. Luber; his sister Berkeley Luber; his grandparents, Gregory A. Devou, Candace B. Devou, David A. Luber (Wendy) and Janet A. Luber; his aunts and uncles, Courtney Schmuck (Chris), Jodie Mussante (Kevin), Alex Devou and Chris Luber (Yvonne); and his pet Koda. He is also survived by six cousins and numerous close family and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Eline Funeral Home (934 S Main St, Hampstead, MD 21074).

In lieu of flowers, donations at this time may be made to his mother, Jamie Devou (4516 Lower Beckleysville Rd, Hampstead, MD 21074), which will be deposited and included in the scholarship fund. Once the foundation has completed the establishment of the scholarship, information on how to contribute directly will additionally be provided.
