It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Ruby of Hampstead, Maryland, born in Manchester, Maryland, who passed away on March 1, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Whitmore Augusta Redding and Sadie Evelyn Steger; and her sister Kathryn Jane Louise Jennings. She is survived by: her husband Walter Ruby; her daughter Kim Coale (Dennis) of Manchester; her grandchildren, Kobe Pennewell, Tori Pennewell and Ty Pennewell; and her siblings, Mary Ann Redding Cardinale and Whitmore Eugene Redding.
