She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Clinton and Dorothy Elizabeth Wilhelm (Wisner). She is survived by: her husband Donald "Andy" Garrett; her children, Lisa A. Garrett of Costa Rica and Timothy A. Garrett (Dana) of Ellicott City, MD; and her siblings, Ruth Razzano (Joseph) of Westminster, MD, Doris Marshall of Belair, MD, Richard Wilhelm (Judy) of Hampstead, MD and Mark Wilhelm (Karen) of Lineboro, MD..

Due to the pandemic, a private graveside service will be held at Forest Ridge Cemetery for family only.

Memorial contributions may be made to Gilchrist Hospice Care, 11311 McCormick Road, Suite 350.
