She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Zemlak; her brothers, Robert Jacobs, Melvin Jacobs and Leonard Jacobs; and her parents, Kate Jacobs and David Jacobs.
She is survived by: her children, Ira Zemlak, Jeff Zemlak (Nancy) and Denise Zemlak Beveridge; and her grandchildren, Katelyn Zemlak, Sean Zemlak, Kylie Beveridge and Alexi Beveridge.
