With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAnne Ramsburg of Hampstead, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on June 18, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Carroll and Alexina Elizabeth Campbell Carroll; her daughter Kelly Ramsburg; and her brother LeRoy G. Carroll. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Macy McIver of Essex, MD, Alexus Eckels of York, PA and James Harmon of Baltimore, MD; her great grandchildren, Harmony and Carley; her sister-in-law Donna Carroll; her niece Tasha McCauley; her nephews, Tyler, Drew, Neilsen Carroll, Gavin, Austin, Hudson and Hunter; and her uncle Charles "Bub" Campbell.
