He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ralph Rohrbaugh and Effie Marie Alban Rohrbaugh; and his siblings, Marion Rohrbaugh, William Rohrbaugh, Dorothy Mandell, Kathryn Price, Mary Jane Reinhard, Joyce Black and Genevieve Shepp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
