She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman C. Smith and Margaret Smith (Kelly); her husband William "Bill" Joseph Parks; and her sister Janet Holler. She is survived by: her children, Kelly L. Parks of Hampstead, MD, Christina L. Parks of Hampstead, MD, Mary Elizabeth Connolly (Patrick) of Millers, MD and Brantley William Parks (Patricia) of Hampstead; her grandchildren, Teresa Carpenter (Douglas) and William Parks; her great grandchildren, Brantley, Kevin and Liam; her siblings, Elizabeth Quinn, Nadine Schott, Bernadette Gambrill, Denise Williams, Norman Smith, John "Jack" and Kenneth Smith; and her sister-in-law Christine Janishefski. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
