She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Milton and Lola Reaver (Smith); her husband Stewart S. Cape; and her brother John Reaver. She is survived by: her children, Randy S. Cape of Indiana and Connie S. Bock of Hampstead; and her sister Merle Kehoe of Texas.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of the Open Door (550 Baltimore Blvd, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
