He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Otto and Emma Otto; and his wife Anna Marie Otto. He is survived by: his son Norman G.; his daughter-in-law Theresa Otto of Hampstead; his daughter Patricia Campbell of Hampstead; and his grandchildren, Bryan Dean Campbell, Dylan Edward Campbell, Deanna Grace Campbell and Alexandra Leigh Moody.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the BridgingLife Dove House in Westminster or the Carroll County Humane Society.
