He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lynn Leonard; his children, Richard Leonard IV (Allyson) of Littlestown, PA and Amanda Lynn Mathews (Brian) of Hampstead; his siblings, Elizabeth Ann Robinette (Michael) and Andrew Ian Leonard (Shelly); and his grandchildren, Layla, Sulley Leonard, Gabriel, Trinity, Noah and Dezeray Mathews. He is also survived by friends and family, especially his grandkids.
