With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard A. Schinzel Sr. (Hampstead, Maryland), born in Skowhegan, Maine, who passed away on May 6, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother William of Madison, Maine.. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Lawless of Wilmington, DE; his children, Richard (Stefanie), Andrea and Matthew; his grandchildren, Matthew, Jr., Kellie, Katie and William; and his brother Ray Schinzel of Delaware. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, Rick would appreciate donations to the Mid-Atlantic German Shepherd Rescue or Johns Hopkins Cancer Research and Development.
