He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Nelson Warner, Sr. and Mary Adele Warner (Sheaffer); his brothers, Carroll "Bud" Nelson Warner, Jr. and Wayne Warner; and his nephew Ron Warner.
He is survived by: his spouse Maretta Estella Warner (Utz); his children, R. "Allen" Warner, Jr., Marla Renee Ciekot and Todd Christopher Warner; his grandchildren, Bethany and Brandon Ciekot; and his great grandchild Evelyn Ciekot. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mark's Lutheran Church (1616 Cape Horn Rd, Hampstead, MD 21074). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
