He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Jackley Skinner and Ethel Edna Evans Skinner; and his siblings, Phillip Skinner, Chuck Skinner, Jackley Skinner, Rosa Pohl and Glenda Skinner.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Mary Skinner; his sons, Keith Adam Skinner (Jessica) and Aaron Matthew Skinner (Kimberlee); his grandchildren, Steven Thorn (Kailey) and Ryan Thorn (Jaymee Eastman); and his great grandchildren, Paisley and Austyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
