She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Fred" Sr. Hinckle and Helen Hinckle (Dorrier); her husband Elwood "Arlo" Howell; her son Kenneth Howell; and her brothers, William, Richard and Gerald.

She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Howell (Elena) and Greg Howell (Kim); her daughters-in-law, Vicky Howell and Heather Howell; her grandchildren, Bethani Howell (Kevin Waters), Katie Marro (Josh), Emily Howell, Sydney Howell, Brandon and Emily Bane; and her great grandchildren, Jayen, John, Jenna, Karlie, Karmyn and Hayden.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dean's name to St. Jude's or the Shriners Children's.
