He is survived by: his wife Bessie Wills; his daughters, Pamela Stokes (Robert), Teressa Payne (Larry), Cathy Stotler (Richard) and Vicky Shupp (Daniel); his grandchildren, Amber Frederick, Tiffany Campbell, Larry Payne, Jr. (Allen), Robert Stokes II, Christopher Stotler, Ashley Stotler, Jacob Shupp and Levi Shupp; and his siblings, Jesse Weicht, Charlotte Golden, Gary Wills and Judy Powell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grove-Rogowski Funeral Home (141 W Main St, Hancock, MD 21750). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at the Tonoloway Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery (602 Thompson Rd, Needmore, PA 17238).
