He is survived by: his wife Carol High (Cain); his daughters, Jess Casper (Tony) and Jennifer High; his grandchildren, Hannah High, Logan Casper, Madison Nuice, Travis Palmer and Emma Geissinger; his siblings, Dorothy, Wanda Emmons, Sam, Robin, Kenneth High, Linda Kesselring and Betty Staley; and his great-grandparent Joann Price.
