He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Paylor and Helen Paylor (Harr); and his wife Peggy Lee Paylor. He is survived by: his sons, Todd L. Paylor (Anne) and Randy J. Paylor (Nicole); his brother David Paylor; his grandchildren, Amanda Koontz (Matt), Kate Paylor (Brad Banzhoff), Katiann Villeneuve (Luc), Morgan Yeakle and Hunter Paylor (Alexis); and his great grandchildren, Mia, Molly, Callie and Vera.
