He is survived by: his wife Norma Powers (Jean) of Hancock, MD; his son Kirk Richard Powers of Hancock, MD; his grandchildren, Bryan Powers (Britley) of Hancock, MD and Amanda Powers of Hancock, MD; his great grandchildren, Gage, Fletcher and Kamiyah; and his nieces, Angie Fox, Kasi Boyer and Erin Mills.
