He was predeceased by : his mother Frances Lucille Harvey (Wyant); and his son Robert Charles Harvey. He is survived by : his father Roger Samson Harvey; his son Roger Eugene Harvey (Missy) of Thurmont, MD; his grandchildren, Paige Harvey, Melody Burral, Angel Hurt, Jessica Droneburg and Devon Droneburg; and his brother Joseph Harvey (Virginia). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
