With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alicia Anoinette Blackmon of Hanover, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 11, 2025 at the age of 69. She is survived by: her daughters, Renea Dorsey, Rita Dorsey-Somerville and Alyssa Dorsey-Lee; her nephew Kevin Matthews; and her significant other Jesse B. Smith, 3rd.
