We are sad to announce that, on February 6, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Constance Bingel of Hanover, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Carr, Jr. and Mary Margaret Hughes Carr; her son Christopher Duane Bingel; and her siblings, Gloria Louise Sondericker, Harry James Carr and Wayne Allen Carr.

She is survived by: her husband William Christopher Bingel; her daughter Lisa Carol Hart (Kevin); her sister Wanda Wisby; her grandchildren, Dylan Hart (Caitlin), Brandon Hart and Kristina Belt (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Bennett, Gavin, Spencer and Sutton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Adams County SPCA https://www.adamscountyspca.org.
