We are sad to announce that, on August 3, 2025, at the age of 65, Deborah McKinsey of Hanover, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Deborah may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Deborah touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald Shuffler and Patricia Shuffler; her husband Tony McKinsey of Hanover; her daughter Amanda Stultz of Littlestown; her grandchildren, Abigail and Logan Forbes; her brother Robert Shuffler of Hanover; her niece Ashley Shuffler; her great-nephew Jerica Garrish (Jason); and her great-niece Karsyn of Westminster.
