She was predeceased by : her husband Burl C. Dickerson; her parents, Norman Grimes and Helen Grimes; and her siblings, Robert Grimes (Nancy), James Grimes and Carol Tracey.

She is survived by : her children, Joyce Dickerson and Jeffrey Dickerson, Sr. (Tracy); her siblings, Judy Rhinehart (Robert), Walter Grimes (Kathleen), Jerry Grimes (Linda), Donald Grimes (Sheryl) and Kenneth Grimes (Susan); her siblings-in-law, Shirley Grimes and Charles Tracey; her grandchildren, Samantha, Anthony, Jeffrey Jr., Jenna, Julia, Carter, Gabriella, Annabelle, Branden, Brysen, Harley, Dylan and Rylan; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon and Kenna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
