He is survived by: his sons, Nick Alan Pentz (Andrea R.) and Kevin Matthew Pentz; his grandchildren, Maxwell Nicholas Pentz and Olivia Andrea Pentz; and his brother Scott L. Pentz (Kelly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
