Barbara Ann leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Barbara Ann’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Barbara Ann will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert McCarney and Lula Mae Welty McCarney; and her siblings, Herbie McCarney and Linda Bowman. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Higgins, Sr.; her son Joseph Higgins, Jr. (Suzanne); her grandsons, Cole Higgins and Will Higgins (Abbey); and her sister Audrey Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Along with flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Humane Society Of Harford County.
