She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Charles Parks and Virginia Ruth Neil Shearer; and her brothers, Ronald Parks and Marshall Parks. She is survived by: her husband William Taylor; her sister-in-law Cindy Parks; her niece Virginia "Jeni" Brendle (Brian); her son Charles J. Young, Jr. David (Ki); and her grandchildren, Charles II, Janina, Christy, Toni, Alycia, Kenny, Amanda, Samantha, Dennis, William, Tyler, Skyler, Kerstin, Natasha, Sasha and Rachel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
