It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carla J. Irwin of Havre de Grace, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 7, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Brown and Joyce Brown (Colvin); and her sister Cynthia Brown. She is survived by: her husband Charles Irwin; her son Matthew Irwin; and her siblings, Cheryl Sparks (Kenneth), Robert Brown, Jr. (Linda) and John Brown (Karen). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
