He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Lowe and Vera Lowe (Logan); and his wife Judy Churchman Lowe. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Bonny Skalecky (Jim) and Robert Churchman (Stephanie); and his sister Sharon Lowe. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
