He is survived by: his aunt Lily; his children, Charlie Jr. (Lucille), Robert (Stephanie), Gregory, Sandra, Larry (Julia), Michael and Diedre; his wife Annie L. Ware; and his brother Frankie Ware of Greenwood, SC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Charlie's contributions to Havre de Grace extended far beyond the classroom.
